Recently Showhomes helped the residents of Blackstone St, Indooroopilly create some interior decorating magic for themselves as the whole street became involved in helping Kevin and Sabrina transform their much-loved home into a beautiful and desirable property for sale.

We arranged a time two weeks later to complete the transformation with a Showhomes’ One Day Makeover for the photo shoot. Torrential rains left the owners doubting that they could meet the deadline, but their agent said, ‘You can do it!’
So they did… on the day of the photo shoot, the Showhomes team worked their magic side-by-side with the residents. One neighbour supplied flowering plants and furniture, one ironed the bed linen, one helped to decorate and style the rooms. Showhomes provided additional furniture and furnishings to enhance the home-for-sale process.
The tradies were not forgotten, landscapers, painters, deck coaters, along with window washers and cleaners prepared the house to it’s full potential.
Kevin and Sabrina opted to rent some of the Showhomes’ furniture and furnishings used in the photo shoot to complete the interior decorating magical effect.
It paid off big time! The property had 4 offers in 4 days and sold on day 5 for $700,000 – the clients’ desired price.
